Booking
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking reference. Bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment.
Prices
Prices depend on the service, your area, the duration and the number of cleaners. The total shown at confirmation is the price we charge, unless the work materially differs from what you described.
Payment
Cleann is pay-after-cleaning. No payment is taken online. You settle with our team once the cleaning is complete.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, please contact us directly.
Rescheduling
You can move a booking to another available slot up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Access
Please make sure our cleaners can access the property at the agreed time. If we cannot enter, the visit may be charged.
Liability
Our cleaners are insured. Report any damage within 48 hours of the cleaning so we can resolve it.
